Kudhesi one of the seven villages of the Himara region, lies in the south west 6 km from the Ionian Sea, and height of 335m above sea level.
The village of Kudhesi is part of the municipality of Himara and it is located a few kilometres on a mountain side behind Qeparo, 330 meters above sea level.
Next to the school are preserved some ruins dated from 4th century BC and in Kosmari area can be visited ruins of the roman and byzantine era.

Kudhesi is not visible from the coast, is hidden behind the hills. This made it even more appealing to the imagination of visitors. The road to Kudhesi passes by a beautiful valley full of colorful flowers and green colors of Qeparo stream, which in the upper descending from the mountains called The Kudhesi stream.
Cobblestone streets clean of the orient and tiled courtyards full of flowers of houses, which are spread along the coast between the olives. At the top of the village is the center with a century old tree and next to it lies the church of St. George with just a few grocery stores and a traditional coffee shops.
